One workspace · one identity

Everything your organisation runs on, in one place.

Mail, chat, projects, CRM, inventory, documents, employee records, presentations and full event production — twenty-five products sharing one sign-in, one design system and one bill.

No new password. No credit card. Your World Space ID is the account.

The whole suite

Twenty-five products. One place they all agree.

Not twenty-five tabs that happen to share a logo. An employee in Space People becomes a speaker in the Event Producer. A CRM deal becomes an invoice with two clicks. The same design system, the same permissions, the same balance.

Event Producer

The whole event — down to what plays under it.

Tracks and stages, a multi-day lineup, the speaker and panelist roster, a deck per session, and the two things every other event tool forgets: what goes on the screen, and what plays underneath.

  • Ten screen modes — speaker deck, lower-third, countdown, agenda board, sponsor loop, Q&A, blackout — each one rendered, not described.
  • Music cues with real numbers — track, source deck, fade in, fade out, volume. The booth gets a cue sheet, not a vibe.
  • Show Mode runs the day live: overrun-aware countdown, next up, booth notes, and a projector output on one keypress.
  • Printable run of show and a speaker pack, straight from the same data — no re-typing into a spreadsheet at 2am.

Space Docs

Letterheads and invoices that already know who you are.

Set your brand once — logo, address, tax ID, bank details, signatory — and every document inherits it. Four letterhead templates, five document kinds, live A4 preview, print or share without leaving the page.

  • Tax on the discounted value, not the gross — the arithmetic every generated invoice gets wrong by a few rupees.
  • Prefill from ERP or CRM — a sales order or a deal becomes a draft invoice with the client and the line item already filled in.
  • An aging report from SQL, not a spreadsheet: what is outstanding, what is 30 days late, what was collected.
  • Part payments tracked — record a payment against an invoice and the balance, the status and the report all move together.

Space People & Space Decks

The record that outlives the project. The deck that runs the room.

An employee record holds everything — contact, job, pay band, documents on file, leave with balances, assets issued, onboarding checklist, notes. Switch on their stage profile and the Event Producer can put them on a panel.

  • Leave approvals across the workspace in one screen, answered by a join rather than by loading every profile.
  • A real canvas for decks — drag, resize, type into anything, nine layouts, six themes, speaker notes.
  • Present mode with arrow keys, a timer and notes on N — and an export that is one HTML file that runs offline.

World Space Credits

Pay for what you do, not for who logs in.

No per-seat licence. Buy credits, spend them on the things that actually cost something — issuing an invoice, publishing an event, exporting a deck — and add the whole team for free.

  • An append-only ledger. Nothing updates a balance; every movement is a row that records the balance it produced.
  • Prices live in the database and the server charges from them — the browser never gets to say what something costs.
  • Every payment reconciles. A webhook delivered five times grants the credits once, and a missing webhook self-heals on the next page load.

World Space ID

One account. Everything behind it.

The Hub has no password field and never will. Signing in is a real OAuth 2.0 authorization-code exchange with PKCE against your own World Space ID server — the same account that carries your Mile Card, your Space Miles and your wallet.

Sign in with World Space ID
1You click sign inThe Hub generates a one-time verifier, keeps it on the server and sends only its hash to World Space ID.
2World Space ID asks youYou see exactly which claims the Hub is asking for, and approve or refuse them.
3The code comes back onceSingle-use, ten-minute lifetime, and worthless to anyone who intercepts it without the verifier.
